Kaasaegse kunsti festivali ART IST KUKU NU UT 2012 kuulutab väljaproduktsioonistipendiumi KUKU NUNNU  näitusprojekti teostamisekssummas 1000 €.

Oodatud on taotlused noorema generatsiooni kunstnikelt, kasuks tulebisikunäituse korraldamise kogemus.

Produktsioonistipendiumi KUKU NUNNU tingimused:

*oodatud on noorema generatsiooni kohalike kunstnike taotlused
*näituse esmaesitlus toimub Tartus festivali ART IST KUKU NU UT raames 2012 aasta septembris
*näitust eksponeeritakse Y galeriis (Küütri 2, 51007 Tartu;ygalerii.blogspot.com)
*projekti esitamise tähtaeg on 13. aprill 2012

KUKU NUNNU taotlus peab sisaldama järgmist:

*näituseprojekti põhjalik kirjeldus
*näituse kirjelduse abimaterjalid (fotod, videod, joonised, etc)
*projekti eelarve*vajamineva tehnika nimekiri
*CV ja artist's statement*täidetud ja allkirjastatud taotluse ankeet

Kõik materjalid palume saata aadressile Y galerii, Küütri 2, 51007 Tartu.
KUKU NUNNU konkursile saadetud materjale ei tagastata.

ART IST KUKU NU UT team pakub lisaks KUKU NUNNU produktsioonistipendiumile igakülgset abi näituseprojekti teostamisel ja kommunikeerimisel.

NB! Palume tähelepanu! Y galerii on ekspositsioonipinnana omamoodi spetsiifiline keskkond:
soklikorrus Tartu vanalinnas, suhteliseltmadalad võlvlaed, viis erineva suuruse ja kujuga ruumi, kohati niśśidega liigendatud seinapinnad. Võimalusel palume enne ruumigatutvuda! Y galeriis "töötavad" kõige paremini need näitused, mis onspetsiaalseltseda ruumi silmas pidades kavandatud ja teostatud.

Kaasaegse kunsti festivali ART IST KUKU NU UT 2011 a produktsioonistipendiumi võitjaks valisime näitusprojekti pealkirjaga "Tartust ära", milles osalesid noored kunstnikud Anna Hints, Eva Labotkin, Marja-Liisa Plats ja Toomas Thetloff.

To comply the program of ART IST KUKU NU UT 2011, NGO Festival of Contemporary Art ART IST KUKU NU UT announces a grant competition for: 

⁃ artists,
⁃ curators,
⁃ graphic designers,
⁃ columnists,
⁃ editors.


Requirements for the competition:
- a free-form application
- portfolio (web pages, portfolios on CD, DVD or paper will be accepted)
- CV

The winner of the production grant KUKU NUNNU is chosen!

The organizing team of the Festival of Contemporary Art ART IST KUKU NU UT 2011 has a pleasure to announce the winner of the production grant – the exhibition project called „Leaving Tartu“. Participating artists: Anna Hints, Eva Labotkin, Marja-Liisa Plats and Toomas Thetloff.

"We promise the audience to leave Tartu, but instead close them in a cellar in downtown. It seems that leaving Tartu is not that simple after all. A small art world, a small country where reaching out is an act with its independent value that we have to practise. We are devoted to reach out, but in spite of our efforts we are closed in a cellar. We are longingly watching others through the window while standing in the queue and waiting for a permission to leave."
The premiere of the exhibition will take place during the festival ART IST KUKU NU UT in Tartu, September 2011. It will be shown in Y gallery (Küütri 2) Sept 16 – Oct 30 2011.

ART IST KUKU NU UT thanks all the artists who stood for the grant. All the proposals will be kept in the festival's archive, so that they could be used to prepare international exhibitions and be introduced to curators.

KUKU NUNNU grant was introduced by NGO Festival of Contemporary Art ART IST KUKU NU UT to initiate and support young artists' production in Estonia and to present the region's young artists in the international art arena.

In addition to KUKU NUNNU production grant (1000 €) the ART IST KUKU NU UT team provides overall support to present and communicate the exhibition.
